PRcade reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any unauthorized use or violation of these Terms.
Services
PRcade provides tools that integrate with GitHub repositories to track pull request activity, reward reviewer engagement, and display performance metrics for development teams.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without notice, and without liability.
Subscription and Payment
Access to the Services requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe, our third-party payment processor.
By subscribing, you authorize PRcade to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in writing by PRcade.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Use Restrictions
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Services;
Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations;
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or security of the Services;
Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Services;
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.
PRcade reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action for any violation of these restrictions.
Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials available through the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and code, are the property of PRcade or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for your internal business purposes.
Feedback
If you provide feedback, ideas, or suggestions to PRcade, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate that feedback into our products and services without restriction or compensation.
Termination

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any data will be accurate or complete.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRcade, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.
In no event shall PRcade’s total liability exceed the amount you have paid to PRcade in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PRcade, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
